General Comments
This facility has made many improvements in the past 48 hours. There are still many food handling issues that need to be worked on. Please make sure that you look at all of your produce to make sure it is not moldy, make sure under no circumstances the cooks leave eggs or bacon out so that it gets out of temperature and finally please go over hand washing practices with employees (handouts given)

A follow up will occur again in 15 days to follow up on food handling practices and temperatures
